How to Play Table Soccer Online

Table Soccer is a flick-physics game for two players, in the style of Soccer Stars. Choose a formation, flick your pucks to strike the ball, and pass between your own pucks to keep control of the turn — first to 3 goals wins.

Objective

Score 3 goals before your opponent by flicking pucks to strike the ball into their goal.

Setup

  • Each player picks one of four formations before the match starts — Balanced, Midfield, Defensive, or Attacking — each arranging your 5 pucks differently.
  • Both players must confirm their formation before play begins; a coin flip decides who kicks off.
  • The formation resets after every goal, so you can rethink your setup for each new kickoff.

How to Play, Step by Step

1

Pick your formation

Choose one of the four formations before the match starts, then confirm it.

2

Flick a puck

On your turn, flick one of your pucks to strike the ball toward the goal or a teammate.

3

Pass to keep the turn

If the ball settles near one of your other pucks after your flick, you keep the turn and can flick again.

4

Score or pass the turn

Score a goal, or lose control of the ball, and the turn passes to your opponent.

Rules to Know

  • A flick that leaves the ball resting near one of your other pucks keeps your turn, up to 3 flicks in a row before it passes anyway.
  • You cannot score directly from your own kickoff — a goal scored that way is disallowed and the turn passes to your opponent instead.
  • You have 30 seconds to flick on your turn; miss the clock and the turn simply passes with no shot taken for you.
  • First team to 3 goals wins the match.

Tips & Strategy

A flick that never touches the ball still ends your turn, so always aim to make contact even on a defensive play.
Keep your pucks spread out enough that a settled ball has a good chance of landing near one of them after a flick.
The Attacking formation trades defense for extra forward pucks — use it when you need to chase a goal, not to protect a lead.
Since the turn passes after 3 consecutive keep-turn flicks, plan your third flick as a shot rather than another safe pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the turn kept after a flick?

If the ball comes to rest near one of your other pucks (not the one you just flicked), you keep the turn and can flick again.

Can I score directly from kickoff?

No. Scoring straight off your own kickoff is disallowed by the rules, and the turn passes to your opponent instead.
